Directions

Mix 2 heaped tablespoons (30 g) once or twice daily with 250 mL of water or your preferred milk. Blend, shake, or add to oats, yoghurt or baked recipes.

Warnings

  • Chocolate flavour contains milk.
  • May contain traces of wheat, gluten, soy, fish, tree nuts and eggs.
  • Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women.
  • Contains Plantago ovata (psyllium), which may reduce medication absorption. Take medications at least 2 hours apart.
