Each daily dose provides 500 µg of active folate in its natural forms.

Dosage
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily with meals, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Warnings
- Consult your healthcare practitioner before use during pregnancy, particularly in the first trimester.
- Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- Contains iodine; use caution with thyroid medication.
- Recommended daily vitamin A from all sources: 700 µg RE (women), 900 µg RE (men).
- Do not take vitamin A supplements during pregnancy without medical advice; excessive intake (>3000 µg RE) may cause birth defects.
- Contains vitamin B6 – discontinue use if tingling, burning, or numbness occurs.
- Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
- Contains selenium – toxic in high doses; do not exceed 150 µg/day from supplements.
- Contains zinc – excessive long-term intake may be harmful.
