Description

Centrum Rest & Renew combines ingredients passionflower, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to promote a relaxed sleep and Humulus, traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to help relieve nervous tension and restlessness, as well as magnesium to support general health and wellbeing.

Dose:

Adults only: Take 2 capsules 1 hour before bedtime, or as directed by a health professional. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

Ingredients:

Each capsule contains:

Passiflora incarnata (passionflower) ext. dry conc. 50 mg
equiv. dry herb 250 mg
Humulus lupulus (hops) ext. dry conc. 50 mg
equiv. dry fruit 250 mg
Magnesium (as heavy magnesium oxide) 155 mg
