Description

Indications

    Dose:

    Adults: 2 tablets 1 to 2 times daily.

    Ingredients:

    Each tablet contains:
    Magnesium citrate 928.2 mg
    equiv. Magnesium 150 mg
    Taurine 300 mg
    Dibasic potassium phosphate 55.7 mg
    equiv. Potassium 25 mg
    Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate 19.6 mg
    equiv. Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 12.5 mg
    Zinc citrate dihydrate 23.4 mg
    equiv. Zinc 7.5 mg
    Chromic chloride hexahydrate 513 microgram
    equiv. Chromium 100 microgram

    Allergen Information

    No added: Gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, egg, sesame seeds, artificial sweeteners, colours or flavours.

    Excipients

    Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, carnuba wax, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, hypromellose, macrogol 400, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone.

    Warning:

    • Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (contains vitamin B6)
    • Contains 50mg of Potassium per dose
    • Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet
    • Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period
    • Caution is advised for individuals with existing renal conditions, young children and pregnant women due to the mineral and amino acid content
    • To be used with caution in patients taking medications that cause potassium retention/hyperkalaemia
    • Concurrent administration with NSAIDs, antibiotics, and bisphosphonates (osteoporosis drugs) may interfere with the absorption of the drugs - separate doses by at least 2 hours
    • Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia
