Excipients

No Added: Gluten, soy, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, egg, sesame seeds, artificial flavoring, or sweeteners.
Dosage
Adults: Take one tablet daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Warnings
- Contains Selenium, which is toxic in high doses. Do not exceed 150 micrograms daily from supplements.
- Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
