How It Works
White horehound is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as an expectorant to relieve dry coughs and soothe cough-related spasms. Thyme is traditionally taken to ease coughing and relieve mild upper respiratory tract congestion. Elecampane is traditionally regarded as a lung tonic and used to soothe irritated bronchial airways. Chinese licorice is traditionally used in Chinese medicine to moisten the lungs, clear phlegm and relieve coughs and sore throat.
The formula is further supported by traditional Chinese herbs including houttuynia, balloonflower, aster and stemona, which are traditionally used to support respiratory comfort and lung health.

Directions
Adults: Take 5–15 mL three times daily, or as professionally prescribed. Dilute each dose in 50 mL of water or juice and consume immediately.
