How It Works

Menopause typically occurs between 45–55 years of age as ovarian hormone production gradually declines, leading to the end of menstrual cycles. Common symptoms include hot flushes, night sweats and vaginal dryness.

In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), these symptoms are often associated with an imbalance described as kidney Yin deficiency, linked to internal heat and dryness. Herbs such as anemarrhena and dong quai are traditionally used to help restore balance and reduce these symptoms.

Directions for Use
