This vegan omega-3 supplement is sourced from renewable marine microalgae Schizochytrium sp., providing 850 mg of total omega-3 fatty acids per capsule, including 255 mg DHA and 127.5 mg EPA.

Dosage
- Adults: Take 1 capsule daily.
