Tension Relief: Black Cohosh is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as an antispasmodic (reduces muscle spasms) and as a calmative to relax the nervous system. Vitamin B6 and Vitamin C maintain and support nervous system health and function.

Energy +General Wellbeing: Vitamin B6 maintains and supports energy production and levels. Vitamins C and E are antioxidants that reduce free radicals formed in the body. Vitamins D3 and K2 maintain and support bone health and help support bone mineralisation.

Free from Animal Products, Crustacea, Dairy, Eggs, Fish, Gluten, GMOs, Lactose, Peanuts, Sesame, Soy, Sulfites, Tree Nuts, and Wheat. No added artificial colours, flavours, or sweeteners.

Dose:

Take 2 tablets with water daily, in the morning, after food, or as directed by your health professional. The maximum dosage is 2 tablets daily.

Warnings:

• Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
• Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
• Do not use if the seal on cap/lid has been broken.
• Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives.
• Consult your health professional before use.
• In very rare cases, Black Cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite, you should stop using this product and see your doctor.
• Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
