Kava is an herb that has traditionally been brewed into tea to support healthy mood, stress, and anxiety levels. While there is some evidence that Kava may promote improvements in some aspects of cognitive function especially on tasks that cause anxiety, more research is needed to say for sure that this is a commonly experienced benefit.

Directions:
Adults: Take 1 tablet 2 – 3 times daily or as directed.
Ingredients:
Each Tablet ContainsKava root 7:1 water extract from Piper methysticum root 3.2g (containing kavalactones 50mg) 455mg.
Cellulose, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, hypromellose, sodium starch glycollate and calcium phosphate.
