MediHerb Licorice High Grade 1:1 is a concentrated liquid extract prepared from the root of Glycyrrhiza glabra and standardised to contain a minimum of 30 mg/mL of glycyrrhizin.
Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support respiratory comfort, healthy respiratory secretions and temporary digestive and mucous-membrane comfort, this 500 mL practitioner preparation provides a standardised glycyrrhizin concentration for individualised prescribing.
Licorice High Grade may also be incorporated into professionally formulated herbal preparations where appropriate. Due to its higher glycyrrhizin concentration, professional guidance is particularly important when using this preparation.
