Mushroom Forte tablets contain a specific Maitake, Reishi and Shiitake mushrooms ratio in a proven synergistic formula (patent pending). Made using fruiting body extracts of certified organic mushrooms with a high beta-glucan to low alpha-glucan ratio (with no growth medium present) for confidence in the level of mushroom beta-glucans.

Each tablet contains:
Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi) extract 62.5 mg
derived from mushroom fruiting body dry 1 g
Lentinula edodes (Shiitake) extract 250 mg
derived from mushroom fruiting body dry 1 g
Grifola frondosa (Maitake) extract 208 mg
derived from mushroom fruiting body dry 833 mg

Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycollate

No Added: Gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, corn, egg, sesame seeds or artificial colours.

Warning:

  1. Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice
