  • Lavender and Lemon balm are used in traditional Western herbal medicine:
    – to reduce restlessness, irritability and insomnia
    – to maintain healthy sleeping patterns and induce sleep
    – as an antispasmodic

Each tablet contains:
Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm) extract 100 mg
derived from leaf dry 650 mg
Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa (Zizyphus) extract 65 mg
derived from seed dry 650 mg
Magnolia officinalis (Magnolia) extract 75 mg
derived from stem bark dry 600 mg
Lavender oil essential (Lavandula officinalis) 10 mg
Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate (Vitamin B6) 25.9 mg
equiv. Pyridoxine 16.5 mg
Magnesium amino acid chelate 200 mg
equiv. to Magnesium 40 mg

Direction

Recommended dosage:

Adults: 2 tablets 1 to 2 times daily


Warnings

  • Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (contains vitamin B6)
  • Caution is advised during pregnancy
  • Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet
