Rhodiola & Schisandra contains herbs traditionally used in Chinese medicine to calm and balance the spirit and reduce disturbed sleep.

Dose:

Adults: 1 tablet 2-4 times daily.

Ingredients:

	Each tablet contains:
Rhodiola Rosea (Rhodiola) extract	150 mg
derived from min. root dry	600 mg
standardised to contain phenylpropanoid glycosides calculated as rosavin, rosarian and rosin	4.5 mg
standardised to contain salidroside	1.5 mg
Schisandra chinensis (Schisandra) extract	110 mg
derived from fruit dry	">660 mg

Colloidal anhydrous silica, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycollate.

No added: Gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, egg, corn, sesame seeds or artificial colours

Warning:

1. As Schisandra may accelerate clearance of drugs from the body, caution is advised prescribing herbs for patients taking medications with a narrow therapeutic window, including warfarin and digoxin
2. Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia
