Dosage

• For extemporaneous use only
• Common dosage range: 1.2 g - 4.8 g (100 mg - 400 mg Elemental Mg) daily; can be taken with or without food
• It is advisable to begin supplementation at the low end of the dose range, increasing if required

Warnings

• May require greater than typical volumes to achieve higher doses (due to naturally low Mg concentration)
• Magnesium Threonate has not been extensively tested for its effects during pregnancy
