Combines a comprehensive range of vitamins and minerals, including biotin, lutein, and choline, with activated B vitamins like folic acid and levomefolic acid (5-MTHF).

Dosage:

• 1 tablet twice daily with a meal, at least one month before conception, during pregnancy, and lactation

Warnings:

• Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice
• Inform your doctor of any medicine taken during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester
• Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
• Not for treating iron deficiency conditions
• Contains iodine; use cautiously with thyroid medication
• The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 µg retinol equivalents for women and 900 µg equivalents for men
• Do not take vitamin A supplements if pregnant or considering pregnancy without consulting a healthcare practitioner
• Excessive vitamin A (over 3000 µg retinol equivalents) can cause birth defects
• Avoid while on warfarin therapy without medical advice
• Contains vitamin B6; discontinue use if experiencing tingling, burning, or numbness and consult a healthcare practitioner
