Nutra-Life Magnesium Sleep contains a combination of three sources of Magnesium which play a role in proper muscle function, support nervous system health and help prevent dietary magnesium deficiency. This formula also includes the herbal ingredients Passionflower, Ziziphus and Corydalis. Passionflower is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as a calmative to relieve excess nervous energy and to promote and support sleep.
