Dosage

Adults: Empty one sachet (5.5 g) into a glass, add 150 mL of water, mix and drink immediately. Take once daily or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.

Warnings

• Mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

• Each sachet contains 343 mg of potassium.
