Orthoplex Mag Bisglycinate contains Chelamax® Magnesium Glycinate Dihydrate, a fully chelated form of magnesium designed to provide high solubility and enhanced absorption.
Chelamax® uses proprietary chelation technology to fully chelate magnesium with glycine. In an in-vitro absorption study, Chelamax® demonstrated 35% higher absorption than another magnesium glycinate chelate at an equivalent dosage.

Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule three times daily, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
For healthy sleeping patterns: Take 3 capsules 30–60 minutes before bed, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
Warnings
Large capsule. Swallow with a glass of water.
Mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
Contraindication: Levodopa.
