Vitamin B1 (as thiamine hydrochloride)540 ug

Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) 7.11 mg
Vitamin B6 (from pyridoxine hydrochloride 135 ug/mL) 117 ug

Dose:

Administer dose via syringe provided, directly into infant's mouth or add to a teaspoon of milk or fruit juice. Rinse syringe when finished and allow to dry. For infants and toddlers up to 3 years: 0.45 mL daily single dose or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings:

• Refrigerate after opening. Secure bottle cap tightly.
• Use within 9 weeks of opening.
• Do not use if the seal around the cap is broken or missing.
• Store below 25C.
• Do not shake.
