How It Works

DIM is a Brassica-derived compound formed from indole-3-carbinol. It promotes favourable oestrogen metabolite ratios and supports hormone balance through selective receptor modulation.

Calcium D-Glucarate aids phase II glucuronidation, enhancing the body’s natural ability to eliminate steroid hormones, toxins, and metabolites. It also helps inhibit microbial beta-glucuronidase, reducing reabsorption and supporting liver detoxification.

Directions

• Suggested dosage: 300 mg – 3 g per day. Begin low and increase gradually.
