Ingredient(s): 100% Pure Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) essential oil - Certified Organic

Direction:

Inhalation: Place 6 drops into the water of your diffuser. Mixes well with Lavender. Blends well with Lavender

Topical: Mix 6 drops of Lavender into 12mL carrier oil and massage over the body

Bath: Mix 6 drops of Lavender with 12mL carrier oil, then add the mixture into the bath
